The Thinking Horse (TTH) is a fast-growing international media brand that recreates breaking-news events frame by frame using AI-generated visuals and audio. Our content focuses on real events that look almost unreal: extreme weather, natural disasters, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, industrial accidents, infrastructure failures and other major international events. We are looking for a fast, highly available and reliable Part-Time AI Video Producer who wants to become actively involved in the development of a growing media network. This is a long-term position for someone who can follow an established production system, deliver polished content quickly and contribute ideas to help improve and expand the brand. The Role For each complete story, you will produce: * One main vertical TTH video, usually between 45 seconds and 1 minute 50 seconds * Two additional short-form vertical videos, known internally as Z videos * AI-generated visuals created through CapCut text-to-video * AI-generated voice-over created through ElevenLabs * Final edited videos ready for publication in 9:16 format The expected monthly volume is: * 30 to 50 complete TTH stories * 60 to 100 short-form Z videos What We Provide For every assignment, we provide: * The selected breaking-news story * Verified facts and editorial context * The complete voice-over script * Detailed text-to-video prompts * The overlays and on-screen text * Production templates * Visual references * Clear instructions regarding realism, geography, scale and environment You will not be responsible for: * Researching the news story * Writing the script * Writing the prompts * Publishing the videos * Managing social media accounts * Responding to comments Your responsibility begins once the complete production brief has been delivered. Main Responsibilities * Generate realistic AI footage using CapCut * Create and manage voice-overs using ElevenLabs * Select the strongest and most credible generations * Reject footage containing visual, physical, geographical or environmental errors * Edit the main TTH video and both Z videos * Synchronize visuals, voice-over, overlays and natural sound design * Follow TTH templates and editorial standards precisely * Maintain consistent quality across a high monthly production volume * Deliver final exports and organized project files * Correct technical or visual issues quickly * Communicate clearly during production * Suggest practical ideas to improve the workflow, visual identity, productivity, content formats and future development of the media network Required Skills * Expert-level command of CapCut * Strong experience with ElevenLabs * Excellent understanding of vertical social media content * Strong visual judgment and attention to detail * Ability to identify unrealistic or low-quality AI-generated footage * Ability to maintain realistic environments, geography, architecture, proportions and physics * Fluent spoken and written English * Fast and clear communication * High availability and responsiveness * Excellent organization and reliability * Ability to work independently using detailed templates * Ability to deliver quickly without lowering production quality We currently use CapCut and ElevenLabs. Experience with other AI tools is a must. Availability and Turnaround TTH covers breaking news, so speed is essential. Most assignments must be completed within approximately 3 to 4 hours after the full production brief is delivered. The selected person must: * Be reachable during agreed working periods * Respond quickly when a new assignment is sent * Be able to begin urgent productions without unnecessary delay * Communicate immediately if a deadline cannot be met The schedule remains flexible, but availability during active production windows is a core requirement.
